The Lodge, which is still under construction, has spectacular views over the Kafue floodplain.

It is situated approximately 35 kms from the Blue Lagoon National Park, on a hill overlooking the floodplains.

The central thatched area has a restaurant and relaxing area. Nearby is a tree house for viewing the plains, a pool and a gym.

In secluded locations, there are 4 double chalets , each with their own viewing balcony and ensuite bathroom as well as a private, outside , open shower.

Includes: Transfers from the airport or Lusaka. All meals, sightseeing, safari walk on the private reserve, and one game drive to Blue Lagoon National Park and the use of all other facilities.

Season: As the road is impassable in the rainy season, Mutumbi Lode is only open from April to November each year.
